1. Who sells Certinuity

Certinuity is a product of Aventruks DOOEL Skopje. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

Every payment for Certinuity comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment, you get a full refund of that payment. This applies to monthly and yearly payments alike. No questions asked.

3. How to ask for a refund

You can ask for a refund in any of these ways:

Use the link in the receipt email you received from Paddle
Go to https://paddle.net and look up your order
Contact us at info@certinuity.com or +389 71 333 194, and we arrange the refund with Paddle for you

The refund is paid to the payment method you used for the order.

4. Free trial

The free trial lasts 30 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund.
